This policy explains what personal information creativeON collects, why we collect it, how we protect it and what rights you have over it. We keep only what we need to provide your services.
When you open an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address and, for business accounts, your company details. When you order a service we record the services you hold, your invoices and your payment history. Our servers also log IP addresses, browser information and access times for security and troubleshooting purposes.
We use your information to provide and support the services you order, to bill you, to send service notices such as renewal reminders and maintenance announcements, and to verify your identity when you contact support. Domain registrations and SSL certificates additionally require accurate registrant details, because registries and certificate authorities mandate them.
Card payments are processed by our payment gateway partners. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our systems. Wallet payments through JazzCash and Easypaisa, and bank transfers, are recorded only as a transaction reference against your invoice.
We never sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary: registrant details with PKNIC and international domain registries, verification details with certificate authorities when you order an OV or EV certificate, and account details with Google when you order Google Workspace licences. Each of these is required for the service to exist.
The files, databases and email stored in your hosting account belong to you. We do not access them except when you ask us to, or when necessary to resolve a technical or security incident affecting the server. We do not scan or analyse your content for advertising purposes.
Accounts are protected by password and, where enabled, two-factor authentication. Our infrastructure sits behind firewalls with DDoS mitigation, servers are patched continuously, and staff access to customer data is limited to those who need it for support. Where CloudLinux is in use, accounts are isolated from one another at the file-system level.
Our website and client area use cookies to keep you logged in, remember preferences and measure aggregate traffic. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful, not to profile individuals. You can block cookies in your browser, though the client area requires them to function.
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period required by Pakistani tax and accounting law. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete data we are not legally required to retain. Contact our support team and we will action the request.
