Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you may and may not do with creativeON services. It exists to keep our network fast, our IP addresses trusted, and every other customer on the platform unaffected by anyone's misuse.

Spam: Zero tolerance Illegal content: Prohibited Network attacks: Prohibited Resource abuse: Notice first Reporting abuse: [email protected]

1. Scope

This policy applies to every creativeON service: shared, WordPress, business, cloud and reseller hosting, VPS and dedicated servers, domains, email and Google Workspace. It also applies to anyone you provide service to, so if you are a reseller you are responsible for your own customers' compliance.

2. Prohibited content

You may not use our services to publish, store or distribute material that is unlawful under Pakistani law, that infringes copyright or trademark rights, that constitutes child exploitation material, that promotes violence or terrorism, or that is fraudulent or deliberately deceptive, including phishing pages impersonating banks, payment providers or government services.

3. Email and anti-spam

Sending unsolicited bulk email from our network is prohibited without exception, whether the list was purchased, harvested or inherited. You must have a verifiable opt-in for every recipient and honour unsubscribe requests promptly. Mailing lists must be genuinely double opt-in, and running an open relay or open proxy is prohibited. Because spam damages the IP reputation every customer shares, this is the one area where we act immediately.

4. Network and system abuse

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network or account, scan or probe systems you do not own, run denial-of-service attacks, distribute malware, or run software designed to compromise other systems. Security research tooling may be hosted only if it is not directed at third parties without their documented consent.

5. Resource use

You may not deliberately consume disproportionate CPU, memory, disk I/O or bandwidth in a way that degrades service for others. Cryptocurrency mining, public file-sharing or torrent nodes, public proxies and public VPN endpoints are not permitted on shared platforms. Where an account exceeds its limits through legitimate growth we will contact you and recommend an appropriate upgrade rather than suspend the service.

6. Reselling and sub-accounts

Reselling our services is permitted only on reseller plans. If you resell, you must publish acceptable use terms at least as strict as this policy, respond to abuse reports about your customers, and provide accurate registrant details for every domain you register on their behalf.

7. Reporting and enforcement

Report suspected abuse to our abuse address with the domain or IP address concerned and any supporting evidence such as full email headers. For most breaches we contact the account holder first and allow a reasonable period to correct the problem. For spam, phishing, malware distribution and unlawful content we suspend the affected service immediately, and we may terminate repeat offenders without refund.

8. Cooperation with authorities

We cooperate with lawful requests from Pakistani authorities and with legitimate abuse reports from other network operators and registries. We will not disclose customer data except where required by law or where necessary to investigate a serious breach of this policy.

Need to Report Abuse?

Send the domain or IP address with supporting evidence and our abuse team will investigate. For anything else, our support team is available 24/7.
